Laura Nightingale, licensed associate real estate broker and part owner, has worked with The Olear Team since 2002. In addition to earning a senior real estate specialist (SRES) designation, she has taken advanced course work in architectural design, property disclosure and fair housing law.
A Buffalo native, Laura grew up in North Tonawanda before moving to Kenmore while attending school at Buffalo State College. Shortly after graduating with her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, she moved to Tonawanda and where she currently resides today.
Laura has a strong work ethic, a deep sense of compassion for others and well-developed listening skills. Her expert knowledge and attention to detail makes her easy to work with when you are purchasing or selling your home.
