Rochester, NY was ranked in 9th place.? The bottom 5 are at 100, Fresno, CA; 99th is San-Bernardino, CA; 98th Palm Bay-Melbourse, FA; 97th Stockton, CA and 96th was Cape Coral-Ft Meyers, FA.
