In Albany, lawmakers are looking to introduce a new historic structures tax credit to developers. ?The bill, which was approved by the State Senate Tuesday, aims to help Buffalo projects in historic buildings new life. ?Developers could receive up to $12 million in tax breaks in order to complete projects on run-down buildings– many hope that these buildings could turn into residential and commercial?hot spots?throughout the city. ?The State House of Representatives will vote on the bill next week.
