What makes a happy state? According to the 2012 Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, work environment, physical and emotional health, and lifestyle behaviors can make or break a citizen’s happiness. The yearly report surveys 1,000 people each day for 350 days out of the year. Who ranked in the top ten?
